Mutual Provision of Access Service. When BellSouth and TRICOMM provide an access service connection between an interexchange carrier (“IXC”) and each other, each party will provide its own access services to the IXC on a multi-bill, multi-tariff meet-point basis. Each party will bill its own access services rates to the IXC with the exception of the interconnection charge. The interconnection charge will be billed by the party providing the end office function. BellSouth will use the Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing system to establish meet point billing for all applicable traffic, including traffic terminating to ported numbers. 30- day billing periods will be employed for these arrangements. The recording party agrees to provide to the initial billing company, at no charge, the switched access detailed usage data within a reasonable time after the usage is recorded. The initial billing company will provide the switched access summary usage data to all subsequent billing companies within 10 days of rendering the initial bill to the IXC.
