Common use of Mutual Objectives Clause in Contracts

Mutual Objectives. The work proposed to take place under the Grant intends to identify opportunities and constraints that will allow for the successful redevelopment of the MOU Parcels in a coordinated and efficient manner. The process is intended to support RYB’s desire to complete construction of a single building on 125LSA before December 31, 2025. To achieve these goals, the coordinated planning efforts for a large-scale phased development will be completed concurrently with RYB’s focused work on a single building at ▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Planning Study will attempt to identify and/or articulate the following:
