MOU Objectives. The objectives of this MOU are to:
1. Promote the preservation of, public access to, travel within, and enjoyment and appreciation of the NTS and NTS components.
2. Develop programs and policies for the NTS and promote consistency in National Trail planning, development, administration, management, maintenance, protection, acquisition, identification, certification, and operation.
3. Facilitate the development, conservation, and protection of the cultural resources and recreational, scenic, historic, and natural qualities, values, and settings along National Trails and National Trail corridors.
4. Encourage and assist involvement by private organizations and individuals in the development, operation, and maintenance of the NTS and NTS components, as appropriate.
5. Promote interagency collaboration to support, facilitate, and implement NTS programs and standards.
6. Raise public, NTS partner, and agency awareness of the NTS and NTS components.
7. Provide consistent program support, guidance, and policy direction for National Trails.
8. Broaden and facilitate seamless administration and management of National Trails across Federal, State, Tribal, and other jurisdictional boundaries.
9. Develop and support diverse partnerships and volunteerism with private entities and nonprofit trail organizations to enhance development, operation, and maintenance of National Trails.
10. Support and promote funding programs related to the NTS and eliminate duplication and increase effectiveness in implementing specific projects relating to National Trails.
MOU Objectives. By this MOU, the District and the City intend to establish the basis for the District and the City to enter into agreements relating to the District’s ground lease of a portion of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fire Station real property, design and construction of the Classrooms, and the following Fire Training Center facilities: HangarStorage Building, Outdoor Classroom and Apparatus Building (collectively “District Fire Training Facilities”); the District Fire Training Facilities and the Classrooms are collectively referred to herein as “District Facilities.”.
MOU Objectives. This MoU aims to achieve the following objectives:
1. Cooperation in legal, judicial, academic, scientific, research and technological fields, and working on the mutual development of human resources and capacity development, so that both parties can carry out their duties according to the agreed-upon areas of cooperation.
2. Establishment of a strategic partnership between the two parties, in order to enhance the efficiency of their joint activities, thereby facilitating procedures litigation procedures and achieving a fair and equitable judicial system.
3. Organising mechanisms of co-operation in matters of common interest.
4. Overcoming obstacles to the services jointly provided by both parties to the public.
MOU Objectives. 1.1 The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is to outline the general approach, lines of communication and commitments for the “Reform Partners” in the process of reform leading up to the stage of the submission of the reform proposal, on 4 October 2013, by the “Reform Partners”, whether jointly or individually, and in the period thereafter.
1.2 The “Reform Partners” desire to record their agreement and commitment to the process of reform even in the absence of agreement to the outcome of reform in as far as it relates to the area of operation or jurisdiction of the “Reform Partners”.
1.3 The purpose of this MOU is to establish intent and process as between the “Reform Partners”. The “Reform Partners” acknowledge that they will all be expending resources and time in relation to the proposed reform and in relation to general operational demands and are relying on one another in good faith in their commitment to openness and transparency in order to attain to best value and least loss for the residents of the area of jurisdiction of the respective “Reform Partners”.
1.4 The MOU will permit the reform proposals, whether combined or not, to be progressed with and lead to a formal agreement between the “Reform Partners”, or some of them, once the proposals are assessed by the State Government of Western Australia and implemented unchanged, in part or at all.
1.5 Any of the “Reform Parties” may withdraw from the understanding recorded herein by written confirmation of its intention to do so, and it is the intention that such withdrawal need not give rise to any claim for liability whatsoever on the part of any of the parties or any third party.
MOU Objectives. 4.1 To establish agreed specific responsibilities with respect to mobilisation of Denmark ▇▇▇▇ Fire Brigades within the Denmark Volunteer Fire and Rescue district being the defined as the 2004 ESL boundary (gazetted on 25 June 2004, DP 35796) and ESL CAT 4 on the attached the map. This MOU also recognises the desirability of Denmark ▇▇▇▇ Fire Brigade participation in fire control in the following zones marked on the map.
MOU Objectives. 5.1 To establish specific responsibilities with respect to the delivery of fire services within the City of Greater Geraldton in particular to: Deliver coordinated prevention programs to reduce the incidence of emergencies and improve the level of safety in the community; Operate to a consistent set of protocols and equipment standards; Provide efficient systems of communication between organizations at all levels to improve service delivery outcomes; Promote and support volunteer organisational arrangements that combine the spirit of volunteerism to attract and retain members; Provide and or coordinate the level of training to personnel, to ensure the competencies are appropriate to the risk level of emergencies to which volunteers will be required to respond; Develop a partnership that will see a best practice approach to emergency management delivery between the City of Greater Geraldton and FESA; and Enhance community ownership of fire prevention and preparedness programs and activities.
5.2 To maintain an agreement between the City of Greater Geraldton and FESA, under Part 3 Section 12(2)(E) and (f) of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Act 1998, to ensure the City of Greater Geraldton’s Volunteer ▇▇▇▇ Fire Brigades are supported, trained, equipped and capable of providing appropriate fire services to the community.

PJMT and AIHE have joined hands as in Organizations who are keen to work together and share knowledge and help Students learn from Industry experts from both organizations. • PJMT & ▇▇▇▇ to exchange information on latest research & development in Sustainability that are of common interest to students, and jointly work in conducting programs to benefit the student body in the space of Environment and Sustainability. • Impart education, increase the interaction and encourage enhancement and exchange of ideas between Students and Industry leaders and working professionals, facilitating exposure them to new Green concepts led by Global Industry champions. • Providing Technical Lectures, Webinars, Panel discussions with industry leaders on thought provoking debates • Accreditation and Membership Certification from PJMT • Vetting projects and academic work by Industry leaders
