Related to Mutual Convenience

  • Convenience H-GAC may terminate this Agreement at any time, in whole or in part, with or without cause, whenever H-GAC determines that for any reason such termination is in the best interest of H- GAC, by providing written notice by certified mail to the Contractor. Upon receipt of notice of termination, all services hereunder of the Contractor and its employees and subcontractors shall cease to the extent specified in the notice of termination. The Contractor may cancel or terminate this Agreement upon submission of thirty (30) days written notice, presented to H-GAC via certified mail. The Contractor may not give notice of cancellation after it has received notice of default from H-GAC.

  • For Convenience By written notice, this Contract may be terminated at any time by the State for convenience upon sixty (60) days written notice or other specified period without penalty or other early termination charges due. Such termination of the Contract shall not affect any project or Purchase Order that has been issued under the Contract prior to the date of such termination. If the Contract is terminated pursuant to this subdivision, the Authorized User shall remain liable for all accrued but unpaid charges incurred through the date of the termination. Except as stated in this provision, in the event of such termination for public convenience, neither Enterprise Services nor any Purchaser shall have any obligation or liability to Contractor.
