Mutual Concerns and Issues. The Board further recognizes the valuable assistance to be gained in its responsibility of determining school policies from effective communication with the Association. Accordingly, it is agreed that representatives of the Board and the Association shall meet at the request of either party to discuss mutual concerns and issues.
