Common use of MULTIPLE GMP’S Clause in Contracts

In order to expedite the project schedule, the Owner and Contractor may execute multiple GMP Proposals (stages), which shall be incorporated into the contract through a change order to the previous approved GMP Proposal(s), identified in Article 7.
