Multiple Positions. Under this rule:
Multiple Positions. Each faculty member must comply with the Board's rules and regulations pertaining to multiple positions or additional occupations or employment either within the University or outside of the University whether or not the faculty member receives any compensation in such additional occupation or employment.
Multiple Positions. 11.10.1 Part-time employees have the right to accept additional part-time positions which neither conflict with the hours of their current position, nor result in a total assignment in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty hours per week.
Multiple Positions. (a) This Letter of Understanding pertains to Employees who are employed in, or who attain multiple positions in one Site or Sites.
Multiple Positions. It is agreed that a part-time employee may agree to accept an additional part-time position on the condition that he/she waives entitlement to health and welfare benefits. An employee who accepts an additional part-time position and waives entitlement to health and welfare benefits shall accrue vacation, sick leave, and all other appropriate benefits at a prorated rate consistent with their total hours worked.
Multiple Positions. Personnel who hold specialized assignments may bid for and hold multiple specialized assignments, so long as no conflict exists among the positions held.
Multiple Positions. 6.01 Employees may be appointed to not more than two (2) multiple positions in the Gallery. Multiple positions are defined as a combination of either one
Multiple Positions. If an individual has held more than one position during a rating cycle, each position being under a performance plan for at least 90 days, the individual is entitled to complete only one accomplishment statement covering all of the positions held.
Multiple Positions. Teachers may hold more than one but not more than three leadership positions each year. Each position will be compensated separately.
Multiple Positions. We allow two accounts per household. This may be two individual account or an individual and a business account. If a Member/Distributor opens a business account, they must provide a EIN or TIN for tax reporting purposes. The second account must be in the same Downline organization of the first position owned. If we identify more than 2 accounts at a single household, these accounts will be terminated immediately.
