Common use of Multi-Country Packaging Requirements Clause in Contracts

Multi-Country Packaging Requirements. If Client decides to have Patheon perform Manufacturing Services for the Product for countries outside the Territory, then Client will inform Patheon of the packaging requirements for each new country and Patheon will prepare a quotation for consideration by Client of any additional costs for Components (other than Client-Supplied Components) and the change over fees for the Product destined for each new country.
