Common use of Moving Leave Clause in Contracts

Moving Leave. One (1) day unpaid leave of absence will be granted by the Home when an employee is changing residences. This leave will be granted once per employee so affected for the term of the Agreement. An employee must give no less than 10 calendar days’ written notice of the application prior to the posting of the schedule.
