Moving Leave Clause Samples

The Moving Leave clause grants employees time off specifically to facilitate their relocation, such as moving to a new residence. Typically, this leave is provided as a set number of paid or unpaid days, and employees may need to provide advance notice or documentation of their move to qualify. Its core function is to support employees during significant life transitions by reducing work-related stress and ensuring they have adequate time to manage the logistics of moving.
