Mourner's Leave. (a) Four (4) hours' leave shall be granted without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral as a mourner in Quesnel. (b) One full day leave shall be granted without loss of salary or wages to attend a funeral as a pallbearer or as a mourner out of town. Provided that an employee shall give at least one (1) day’s notice to the City.
