Common use of Mourner's Leave Clause in Contracts

Mourner's Leave. (a) Full-time employees may be granted one-half (½) day leave with pay to attend the funeral of a member of the Union in the capacity of pallbearer. (b) Full-time employees may be granted one-half (½) day leave with pay to attend the funeral of an employee, to a maximum of two (2) employees.
