Common use of Mourner's Leave Clause in Contracts

Mourner's Leave. i) Employees will be allowed four (4) hours off, with pay, to attend the funeral of an employee of the Board or an immediate family member of an employee, or a student. ii) Employees will be allowed four (4) hours off, with pay, when acting as a pallbearer. iii) Employees will be allowed four (4) hours off, without pay, to attend a funeral other than the above.
