  • Xxxxx Act Subrecipient agrees that no funds provided, nor personnel employed under this Contract, shall be in any way or to any extent engaged in the conduct of political activities in violation of the Hatch Act, 5 U.S.C. Section 1501 et seq. and Chapter 15 of Title V of the U.S.C.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act All employees who worked for the Employer for a minimum of twelve (12) months and worked at least 1250 hours during the past twelve (12) months are eligible for unpaid leave as set forth in the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. Eligible employees are entitled to up to a total of 12 weeks of unpaid leave during any twelve (12) month period for the following reasons:

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA Employees that have been employed for at least one year and have worked at least 1,250 hours the previous year, and are eligible for covered FMLA leave for the serious health condition of the employee, or for the care of the employee’s spouse, parent or dependent child for a serious health condition, will continue to receive health benefits for up to twelve (12) weeks while on unpaid leave in compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.

  • Rehabilitation Act Subrecipient agrees to comply with any federal regulations issued pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, (29 U.S.C. 706) which prohibits discrimination against the handicapped in any federally assisted program. County shall provide Subrecipient with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulations in force during the term of this Contract.

  • Certification of Compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act When appropriate and to the extent consistent with the law, Vendor certifies that it will comply with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6321 et seq; 49 C.F.R. Part 18) and any mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in applicable state energy conservation plans issued in compliance with the Act. Does Vendor agree?
