Monthly Status Report. The Contractor shall provide an unclassified monthly report in accordance with the Contract Data Requirement list (CDRL A003). The report shall summarize (at a minimum) the following elements on any awarded T/O as appropriate: • Any information the Contractor determines to be mission essential; • Problems and shortfalls, identification of potential problems, and identification of any anticipated technical or funding shortfall or irregularity during the specified PoP; • Projected travel and Government approval status; • Summary of completed trips; • Quality Control activities completed and the outcome, including remediation plans for any issues; • Independent of Government input, activities during reporting period, by task, to include on-going activities, new activities, activities completed, deliverables submitted, number of deliverables returned as acceptable/unacceptable for quality, and number of late deliverables; • Summary of Contractor personnel gains, losses, and staffing status; • Government actions requested; and • Recommendations for change, modifications, or improvements in tasks or processes. • As part of the Contractor’s Monthly Status Report, the Contractor shall specifically discuss quality control (QC) activities over the reporting period and planned activities for the next period. Information shall specifically address who conducted the QC, when the QC was conducted, how the QC was executed and what findings and corrective actions were taken. Trends over time and any QC feedback from the COR shall also be addressed.
