Monthly Fees and Terms. The pilot testing will be billed at a rate of $5,000.00 per month, payable within 10 business days from the invoice date over the course of the 90- day testing period. At the discretion of the OWNER, the testing program may be extended another 90 days. If the testing period is extended, each additional 30-day pilot period will be billed at the rate of $5,000.00 per month for the equipment used (not including the Twin Oxide consumed) plus a finance charge of 1.5% per month for the additional 90-day period. The use of Twin Oxide will be billed to the OWNER at the unit rate as stated in this proposal. Any payment for the testing or use of TwinOxide received after 10 business days will be subject to an additional late fee of 1.5%.
