Monitoring of results of the Partnership. The Parties of the Partnership will establish a simple monitoring system with a low reporting burden, which will allow the follow-up of the implementation process and the adjustment of the annual operational planning, if necessary. The information produced by the monitoring system should also facilitate the reporting back to decision makers in the respective headquarters, and serve as an information basis for the discussions in the steering committee.
