Moneys actually received. In applying any moneys towards satisfaction of the Indebtedness of a Defaulter, the Defaulter must be credited only with so much of the money as is actually received by the person to whom the relevant Indebtedness is owed, such credit to date from the time of such receipt.

This record shall be available at all times. Concessionaire shall, upon request by Department, provide a breakdown and accounting of all sales activity for each day. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to maintain daily receipts shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10.

  • Extraordinary Receipts Within 1 Business Day of the date of receipt by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries of any Extraordinary Receipts, Borrower shall prepay the outstanding principal amount of the Obligations in accordance with Section 2.4(f)(ii) in an amount equal to 100% of such Extraordinary Receipts, net of any reasonable expenses incurred in collecting such Extraordinary Receipts.
