If the Employer requires an employee to remain at home “on call” the Employer shall guarantee the employee four (4) hours’ pay at the appropriate rate for such day. All Employer requests for an employee to remain available for “on call” duty shall be in writing to the employee.

  • AGREED AS FOLLOWS 1. In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, words denoting the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa.
