Modifications to this License Agreement. You agree that E-NABLER may modify this License Agreement and/or the Payment Agreement if necessary to comply with any other agreements that E-NABLER is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future, and/or with applicable law, as well as to adjust to changing business circumstances. Your continued use of the Software and/or the Service shall constitute your acceptance of the License Agreement and/or the Payment Agreement with the given modifications. If you do not agree to any of such changes, you may terminate this License Agreement and immediately cease all access and use of the Software and/or the Service, or the certain parts or products of the Software and/or the Service involved in the modifications, with a corresponding reduction in fees associated with such parts of the Software and/or Service.

Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar. You agree that such cancellation or request for transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.

  • AMENDMENTS TO THIS CONTRACT 8.1 No amendment to the provisions of this Contract, other than a variation of the Charges in accordance with the Charges Variation Procedure or a variation of any Sub-Contractors in accordance with Clause 30.5, shall be effective unless made in accordance with the Contract Change Procedure specified in Schedule 2-7.
