Modification to Section 3. 1(a). All references to “2.00%” in Section 3.1(a) of the Credit Agreement are hereby deleted and are hereby replaced with “1.25%”.
Modification to Section 3. 15. Section 3.15 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and is hereby replaced with the following:
