Mode of Service. (a) Except as specifically provided otherwise in this agreement, any notice, demand, consent, agreement or other communication (a "NOTICE") to be served under or in connection with any Senior Finance Document will be in writing and will be made by letter or by facsimile transmission to the party to be served.
