Common use of Mode of Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Mode of Disbursement. All disbursements to be made by the Lender to the Borrower under or in terms of this Agreement shall be made by a cheque duly crossed and marked “A/c Payee Only” and the collection charges, if any, in respect of all such cheque will have to be borne by the Borrower and the interest on Loan will begin to accrue in favour of the Lender as and from the date of delivery/dispatch of the cheque irrespective of the time taken for transit/collection/realization of the cheque by the Borrower or his bank.

Mode of Disbursement. a) All disbursements payments to be made by the Lender Bank to the Borrower under or in terms of this Agreement shall be made by a cheque Cheque duly crossed and marked “A/c c. Payee Only” only”/ RTGS and the collection charges, if any, any in respect of all such cheque Cheque/RTGS, will have to be borne by the Borrower and the Borrower. The interest on Loan the loan will begin to accrue in favour of the Lender Bank as and from the date of delivery/dispatch of the cheque Cheque, irrespective of the time taken for transit/collection/realization of the cheque by the Borrower or his bankBank.

All disbursements the payments to be made by the Lender Bank to the Borrower under or in as per the terms of this the Agreement shall be made by through a cheque drawn in favour of the Borrower and duly crossed and marked “A/c Payee Onlyonly” or by way of cash or by way of credit to any Savings/ Current Account of the Borrower through NEFT/ RTGS/ Fund Transfer, which shall be duly acknowledged by the Borrower and the collection charges, if any, in respect of all such cheque cheques will have to be borne by the Borrower and the interest on Loan will begin to accrue in favour of the Lender as and from the date of delivery/dispatch of the cheque irrespective of the time taken for transit/collection/realization of the cheque by the Borrower or his bankBorrower.
