We may also require you to register each mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology with which you intend to access Mobile Banking Services. You understand and agree that we cannot control your physical environment to prevent interception of the contents of transmissions to and from your mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology in connection with your use of Mobile Banking Services. You understand that if you fail to use adequate internal Security Devices and Procedures, as required by this Agreement, your use of a mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology may not be secure. By accessing Online Banking Services through Mobile Banking Services, you assume any and all risk associated with your use of mobile devices, smartphones, or other Required Technology in connection with Online Banking Services, including but not limited to the risk of interception of the contents of your transmissions to and from our systems. You understand and agree that for any mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology that you want to use with Mobile Banking Services, you must enable and use a key lock, passcode, or other software locking process to restrict use of such Required Technology. You understand and agree that each time you finish your use of Mobile Banking Services you are required to completely exit and terminate the software application or any other program you used to access Mobile Banking Services. You also understand and agree that you are required to notify us immediately if any mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology used to access Mobile Banking Services is lost or stolen. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, we will not be responsible for your failure to use any of the foregoing Security Devices and Procedures.

We will not be responsible for your failure any errors or failures from any malfunction of Your Mobile Device or any malicious software or other problems related to the Mobile Device used with Our Services. From time to time, We may develop additional mobile banking services. As We develop such services, You will have the opportunity to add them to Your Mobile Banking Service, provided You have compatible wireless hardware and software. To use the Service, You must have an open account with Us, register for Online Banking Services, and have a compatible Mobile Device. During the registration process, You will enter Your mobile phone number as well as other information We require to authenticate Your identity. You will be provided with further instructions on how to access the Service using a software application (“App”) or the browser on Your Mobile Device. During this registration process, You will be required to provide Your Online Banking Service identification credentials (i.e., Your Security Device) that You must use each time You access the Service. In addition to other Security Procedures provided for in this Agreement, the use of the Security Device, Your Mobile Device, and Biometric Logon are security procedures established by Us to authenticate the identity of the person attempting to gain access to the Service. Biometric Logon is an authentication method to assist in verifying Your identity. It collects Your facial or fingerprint (image capture), or Your voice biometric (audio recording). The security procedure is not designed for the detection of errors. We may require You to change Your Security Device from time to time for security reasons. You should keep Your Security Device in a secure location. Any person having access to Your Security Device or Your Biometric Logon will be able to access these Services and perform all transactions, including reviewing Account information and using the Bill Pay Services. With this Security Device, a third party will be able to use any Your Online Banking Service to add new payees to the Bill Pay Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the Security Devices, including Your Biometric Logon, and Your Mobile Device. Providing these Security Devices or Biometric Logon to another person effectively constitutes a grant of authority to access Your accounts. Because the Mobile Banking Service is similar to the Online Banking Service on a PC, there are security risks associated with the use of the foregoing Security Devices Service. The hardware and Proceduressoftware that You use in connection with the Service may be subject to unauthorized tracking or other manipulation by spyware or other malicious code. We are not responsible for advising You of the existence or potential effect of such malicious code, and Your use of Your hardware and software is at Your own risk. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure the Service to prevent access by unauthorized persons and to prevent the introduction of any malicious code, such as an Access Device virus. However, no security system is failsafe, and despite Our efforts the security of the Service could be compromised, or malicious code could be introduced by third parties. We will provide You with notice if Your information is the subject of a security breach as required by applicable law.

Please note you You will have to comply with any minimum hardware and software compatibility requirements established by any software vendor in connection with any such mobile or smartphone software application or other Required TechnologyDevice. We may also require you to register each your mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology phone number with which you intend to access use Mobile Banking ServicesSMS. As with any other Required Technology, you You are required to comply with the provisions of any and all license agreements regarding your use of any mobile or smartphone software application used Device to access Mobile Banking Services. Additional terms and conditions, which are provided to you when you activate or access Mobile Banking Services, also apply, and you agree to be bound by those additional terms and conditions which are incorporated herein by reference. Our Security Devices security devices and Procedures procedures may also require you to provide certain account information, login information, or PIN numbers to access Mobile Banking Services. You understand and agree that we cannot control your physical environment to prevent interception of the contents of transmissions to and from your mobile deviceDevice, smartphoneSmartphone, or other Required Technology technology in connection with your use of Mobile Banking Services. You understand that if you fail to use adequate internal Security Devices security devices and Proceduresprocedures, as required by this Agreement, your use of a mobile deviceDevice, smartphoneSmartphone, or other Required Technology technology may not be secure. By accessing Online Banking Services through Mobile Banking Services, you assume any and all risk associated with your use of mobile devicesDevices, smartphonessmart phones, or other Required Technology technology in connection with Online Banking Services, including but not limited to the risk of interception of the contents of your transmissions to and from our systems. You understand and agree that for any mobile deviceDevice, smartphoneSmartphone, or other Required Technology technology that you want to use with Mobile Banking Services, you must enable and use a key lock, passcode, or other software locking process to restrict use of such Required Technologytechnology. You understand and agree that each time you finish your use of Mobile Banking Services you are required to completely exit and terminate the software application or any other program you used to access Mobile Banking Services. You also understand and agree that you are required to notify us immediately if any mobile device, smartphone, or other Required Technology used to access Mobile Banking Services is lost or stolen. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Lawapplicable law, we will not be responsible for your failure to use any of the foregoing Security Devices security devices and Proceduresprocedures. A transfer between your accounts with us, initiated through Mobile Banking before 9:00 P.M. central time on a Business Day, is generally posted to your accounts the same day. A transfer between your accounts with us, initiated through Mobile Banking after 9:00 P.M. central time on a Business Day or on a Saturday, Sunday or federal banking holiday, will generally be posted on the next Business Day. All other transfers submitted after 5:00 P.M. central time may be processed on the next Business Day. Business Days are Monday through Friday; Saturday, Sunday, and federal banking holidays are not included.
