Minor Deviation Sample Clauses

A Minor Deviation clause defines and addresses small, non-material departures from the terms of a contract that do not significantly affect the overall performance or outcome. In practice, this clause allows for minor discrepancies or variations—such as slight delays in delivery or minor differences in product specifications—without constituting a breach of contract or triggering penalties. Its core function is to provide flexibility and prevent disputes over trivial issues, ensuring that only significant deviations are subject to strict enforcement or remedies.
