Deviations definition

Deviations means a no-cost change in the Maintenance Services or other requirements of the CMC Documents issued in writing by TxDOT’s Authorized Representative or his/her designee under Section 4.1.12 including any no-cost change, deviation, modification, alteration or exception from any requirement in the CMA Specification.
