Minimums and Maximums. 1. The minimum, maximum and the maximum 2 salaries for every title listed in Appendix A shall be increased by the amount of the across-the-board salary increase. An employee shall be advanced to the Maximum 2 salary in his or her respective salary range, and have his or her salary increased by the corresponding amount, in pay period 2 of the calendar year following the date the employee completes 24 full calendar months of employment in his or her job title at the Maximum 1 salary in his or her respective salary range.
