Common use of Minimums and Maximums Clause in Contracts

Minimums and Maximums. 1. The minimum and the maximum salaries for every title listed in Appendix A shall be increased by the amount of the across-the-board salary increases. a. An employee shall be advanced to the Maximum 2 salary in their respective salary range, and have their salary increased by the corresponding amount, in pay period 2 of the calendar year following the date the employee completes 24 full calendar months of employment in their job title at the Maximum 1 salary in their respective salary range. b. A Maximum 3 in the amount of three and one-half (3.5%) percent above the Maximum 2 for each title listed in Appendix A (both Schedule A and Schedule B) will be created starting in pay period 2 of calendar year 2026.
