Minimum Time Off. Nothing in this outline shall be construed to mean that an employee if he/she so chooses, could not take his/her time off at a rate of one and one-half (1 ½) hour increments each week, not to exceed the total number of hours permitted by the work schedules attached thereto; nor should it be construed to preclude the assigning of other personnel to special schedules as may be deemed necessary for the proper and adequate policing of the community.
