The Minimum Scheduled Shift clause sets a baseline duration for employee work shifts, ensuring that each scheduled shift meets or exceeds a specified minimum number of hours. In practice, this means that employees cannot be scheduled for shifts shorter than the minimum threshold, such as requiring at least four hours per shift regardless of business needs or fluctuations in demand.
