Minimum Reporting Allowance for All Hours Outside Normal Working Hours. 1. Each Employee (custodians) reporting for work shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of work two or (2) hours of pay. 2. Each Employee (paraprofessionals, media clerks, secretaries, support staff assistants) reporting for work shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of work or two (2) hours of pay. 3. Each Employee (bus drivers) reporting for work shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of work or two (2) hours of pay. 4. Each Employee (garage mechanics) reporting for work shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of work or two (2) hours of pay. The Employer may assign Employees to any work available during such two (2) hour periods. These minimums do not apply where an Employee reports back to work after he/she has been absent without excuse and without notifying the school of his/her date of return to work.

  • Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have Revenue from sales, marketing or distribution of the Product and related services (for each respective measured period, the “Minimum Required Revenue”): (a) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2015, of at least $45,000,000; (b) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2016, of at least $80,000,000; (c) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2017, of at least $110,000,000; and (d) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2018, of at least $120,000,000; and (e) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2019, of at least $120,000,000.

  • REPORTING ALLOWANCE 16.01 In the event that an employee reports for work on his regular shift, without being told in advance not to report, he will be given at least four (4) hours work at his regular rate of pay or if no work is available, he will be paid the equivalent of four (4) hours at his regular rate of pay in lieu of work. This provision shall not apply when there is a lack of work due to a situation beyond the control of the Company or employee volunteers to go home due to lack of work.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.
