Minimum Qualification Requirements. The Climate Finance Specialists (sector-specific: Energy, Transport, Water, Urban Development, and Agriculture) should have at least 10 years relevant professional experience in public sector project development processes including private sector and institutional investment financing using different project modalities, climate investment projects with private sector and institutional investors, climate financing and innovative climate financing instruments, and an in-depth understanding of investment products and financing modalities. Solid grasp of ADB sovereign and non-sovereign operations or other regional development financing institutions and experience in the Asia and Pacific region is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Solid grasp knowledge of ADB sovereign and non-sovereign operations or other regional development financing institutions and experience in the Asia and Pacific region as well as public sector project development processes including private sector and institutional investment financing using different project modalities is highly preferred.
