Common use of Minimum ICS Standards Clause in Contracts

Minimum ICS Standards. A Lottery seeking admission to the Product Group shall have a fully tested internal control system that meets or exceeds the minimum standards set forth in MUSL Rule 2 (Minimum ICS Standards) before sales of Plays commence. The Security and Integrity Committee shall review the internal control systems of each lottery seeking admission to the Product Group for compliance with Rule 2 (Minimum ICS Standards) and shall issue a written report summarizing its findings.
