Meter Charge. The Monthly Meter Charge shall be set at $78.33 per month (based on a 6” meter) and reflects the cost to read and bill MVD on a monthly basis in addition to the cost to test MVD wholesale meter on an annual basis. The Monthly Meter Charge subject to the determination of the Monthly Meter Charge by the NHPUC as part of the proceeding to approve this Agreement. Thereafter, the monthly meter charge may only be adjusted by the same percentage and at the same time as any future change in the volumetric rates for general metered service, as adjudicated by the NHPUC, which the Company charges to its core system customers in the City of Nashua.
Meter Charge. PGE shall charge a monthly service charge, as set forth in the Tariff, for the additional meter used to measure the total output of the Solar Facility.
Meter Charge. User shall pay a monthly meter charge to Producer in the amount of $ , commencing on the first of the month following the effective date of this Agreement and continuing on the first of each month thereafter for the term of this Agreement and any extension thereof. The meter charge shall be payable within 30 days of billing by Producer. The meter charge shall not be subject to adjustment, as it already includes a cost-of- living adjustment over the term of this Agreement. The meter charge reimburses Producer for the cost of existing capital expenditures incurred by Producer to provide the reclaimed water to User.
Meter Charge. Redwood Xxxx shall pay a monthly meter charge of $9.00. This charge includes the expenses of meter reading, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of the meter. This charge shall apply upon initiation of potable water service pursuant to this Agreement, and for so long as such service is being provided.
