Common use of Members on Layoff Clause in Contracts

Members on Layoff. An eligible tenured or probationary faculty member who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been laid off pursuant to the provisions of Article 23 remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this article for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of layoff.
