Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the Employer’s policy, availability of the space and with prior written authorization of the Employer.

Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with prior written authorization of the EmployerUniversity policy and procedure.
