Meeting Notice. Required meetings that could lead to discipline will be held after the employee has been informed that he/she has the right to request the presence of an Association representative at such meetings. The notice to the employee to meet will include the general reason for the meeting and will be in writing (hard copy or e­mail). Except in cases of urgency/emergency, the employee will be notified at least twenty­four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
