Meeting Notice. The Chair of the Tributary Committee shall provide all committee members with a minimum of ten- (10) day’s advance written notice of all meetings unless a member waives notice in writing or reflects the waiver in the approved meeting minutes. The notice shall contain an agenda of all matters to be addressed and voted on during the meeting.
