Medical Transportation. CMHCC, through its University Providers, shall provide or arrange for EMS transportation of patients to the UTMB/TDCJ Hospital in Galveston and / or freeworld hospitals based on an assessment and clinical evaluation by a qualified health care professional. TDCJ will be responsible for transportation by chain bus or other non-EMS transportation services.
