Medical Plan Coverage for Employees Regularly Scheduled to Work Less than the Normal Work Week. Any employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than the normal work week for the job classification, but at least fifty percent (50%) of the normal work week for that job classification, shall be entitled to elect coverage under a County offered Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or PPO/Indemnity Plan.

Any employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than the normal work week for the job classification, but at least fifty percent (50%) of the normal work week full-time workweek for that job classification, shall be entitled to elect coverage under a County offered Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) , or PPO/Indemnity Planplan. In lieu of such plans, the employee may elect coverage through the Operating Engineers Health and Welfare Trust Plan options as provided in Section 8.A.1., subsection e.f.g. above.
