Common use of Medical Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance Coverage. Section 23.1. The Employer shall provide to all bargaining unit employees who elect coverage, health care through a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (“HDHP”) in conjunction with a Health Savings Account (“HSA”) or a Health Reimbursement Account (“HRA”).
