Common use of Medical and Hospital Care Clause in Contracts

Medical and Hospital Care. The Corporation will provide payment for the actual expense of medical and hospital care commencing within 120 days after an accident covered under paragraph (a) of injuries incurred as a result of such accident, subject to limitation of $3,000 for any employees for any one accident, less any amounts pay able under Group Policy Contract GA-23000 of the Travelers Insurance Company or under any other medical or insurance policy or plan paid for in its entirety by the Corporation.
