Common use of Meal Allowance Clause in Contracts

Meal Allowance. An employee required to work overtime, after working ordinary hours, for greater than two (2) hours, and then for each for each subsequent four (4) hours worked will be paid the applicable meal allowance(s):- Date Payable (From the first pay period on or after) Amount (Per Meal)

Meal Allowance. An employee required to work overtime, after working ordinary hours, overtime for greater than two (2) hourshours after working ordinary hours will be paid by the employer an amount in accordance with Clause AD.26 – Payments to meet the cost of a meal, and then for each plus an additional meal allowance for each subsequent four (4) hours worked will be paid the applicable meal allowance(s):- Date Payable (From the first pay period on or after) Amount (Per Meal)worked.

Meal Allowance. An employee who is required to work overtimeovertime for more than one hour shall at the option of the Employer, after working ordinary hours, for greater than two (2) hours, and then for each for each subsequent be supplied with a meal or shall be paid the amount set out in Table 3 in Schedule B of this Agreement. Provided that where such overtime exceeds four (4) hours worked a further meal allowance will be paid the applicable meal allowance(s):- Date Payable (From the first pay period on or after) Amount (Per Meal)paid.
