Common use of Me Too Clause in Contracts

During the term of this Agreement including but not limited to the Reopener period as set forth in Article 20.3, should the Board negotiate salary increase(s) for bargaining unit members of the Columbus Education Association, all current OAPSE bargaining unit members shall receive the same salary increase(s).
