Maximum period of payment. (a) The maximum period or aggregate period of accident pay to be made by the Employer will be a total of 26 weeks for any one injury as defined in subclause 28.2 hereof, provided that in respect of an Employee receiving or entitled to receive accident pay on or after 1 January 1981, the maximum period or aggregate of periods will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury as defined.
Maximum period of payment. Accident pay under this clause shall be payable for a maximum period or aggregate of periods in no case exceeding a total of 52 weeks in respect of incapacity arising from any one injury.
Maximum period of payment. The maximum period of payment or aggregate periods of accident pay to be made by Qantas shall be fifty two (52) weeks for any one injury as defined in clause 34.1.1(d). The respective weekly periods of payment shall include any period of rehabilitation at the workplace on which the employee is engaged in restrictive duties.
Maximum period of payment. The maximum period of aggregate of periods of accident pay to be made by the Company shall be a total of 52 weeks for any one injury as defined in subclause 1(b) of this Appendix.
Maximum period of payment. The maximum period or aggregate period of accident make-up pay to be made by the Employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one Injury.
Maximum period of payment. The employee may receive accident make-up pay for a total aggregate period of 26 weeks during which the employee is incapacitated from any one injury unless:

Maximum period of payment. In addition, it is understood, that in no circumstance (even if the retired individual has accumulated sufficient funds to do so) will the district pay health insurance benefits beyond such time as the individual qualifies for Medicare/Medicaid. In addition it is understood that the District will only issue funds from the insurance reserve to individuals who retire from service to the Frewsburg District or because of circumstances beyond their control take a disability retirement and that these funds will only be disbursed for purposes of insurance premium payments (no cash settlements).
Maximum period of payment. The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident pay to be made to an employee by WorkSafe Victoria will be a total of 52 weeks for any one injury as defined in subclause 52.1.
Maximum period of payment. The maximum period or aggregate periods of accident pay to be made by Tungsten shall be a total of 26 weeks for any one Injury.
