Common use of Maximum Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons. Exceptions to this limit may be allowed, especially for small children, but only with written Homeowner approval. No group reservations will be accepted. Additional guest charges of $15/guest/night are collected for all guests over 2 total. Should Guest exceed the number of guests indicated in the reservation, Homeowner reserves the right to terminate the lease and ask Guest to leave the premises immediately.
