Lawn Area Sample Clauses
Lawn Area. To the North of the Hall (rear of the hall) is a large lawn area which is part of the churchyard. This is owned by the Church. If you wish to use part of this lawn as an outside space for a function/activity, the village hall warden can put you in contact with a representative of the church who may be able to hire the lawn to you under a separate agreement for the duration of your hire of the village hall. We cannot hire the lawn to you because we do not own it, we cannot insure it for the same reasons. The Church Representative will be able to go into possibilities and potential hire costs with you for the lawn.
Lawn Area. Customers can use the grass area free of charge. This is an uncovered area, and no tables and chairs are supplied. You have the opportunity to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Customers on the grass area can bring their own rugs, chairs, small tents etc. (tent pegs are not allowed due to water pipes/sprinkler system, weights are permitted)
Lawn Area. The lawn area adjacent to Parcel 1, as shown on the attached Exhibit “A”, on which the Center is not yet constructed, but on which Phase II of the Center is planned to be constructed, may be used for events under Section 4 and shall be treated as part of the Plaza until such time as construction of Phase II is commenced and shall be maintained by DPC in a manner consistent with the maintenance of the Plaza grass and landscaping to ensure visual consistency.
