Common use of Materials Recovery Facility Clause in Contracts

Materials Recovery Facility. “Materials Recovery Facility” means the equipment and infrastructure and structures designed and installed at the MRF Site, intended to process a quantity of commercial and industrial waste and divert Recyclable Material from the Landfill that is consistent with what is agreed to in the Operations Agreement, as more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto.

Materials Recovery Facility. “Materials Recovery Facility” or “MRF” means the equipment facility owned and infrastructure operated by Contractor and structures designed located at Contractor’s Transfer Station at: 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, South Lake Tahoe, California. At the Materials Recovery Facility various types of Recyclable Materials are separated from Solid Waste and installed at from other Recyclable Materials, for the MRF Site, intended to process a quantity purpose of commercial recovering and industrial waste and divert Recyclable Material from the Landfill that is consistent with what is agreed to in the Operations Agreement, as more particularly described in Exhibit A heretoRecycling those materials.
