Mashreq Bank Sample Clauses

Mashreq Bank has the right to post any charges for lounge visits conducted up to 6 months prior to the cancellation of the Card but posted with a lag due to delay in receiving the information from the respective lounge. Cardholder will be liable to pay the outstanding charges even if they are posted by Mashreq Bank after the Card Account is duly closed by the Cardholder.
