Marketing Plan Submission. For all housing projects with five (5) or more HOME-assisted units, Grantee must submit a Marketing Plan in writing to the Lafayette Community Development Department for approval within sixty (60) days of the date of the executed contract and before the first draw is released. The Marketing Plan must include the following:
